8. Vendor Data Deletion & Portability Policy
At EnrollX, we respect the data rights of our vendors. If a vendor decides to discontinue our services, they have the right to request a structured copy of their data or permanent deletion.
8.1 Data Portability (Requesting Your Data)
If a vendor wishes to receive a copy of their data before exiting the platform:
- They must contact our support team at abhishek731827@gmail.com or through the Contact Us page.
- Our team will verify the request and generate a structured report of the vendor’s data, which may include:
- Registration and business details
- Payment and transaction summaries
- Attendance logs (if applicable)
- Student enrollment data
- Platform usage metrics (if requested)
- The data will be shared in PDF format via email, or as a printed hard copy if specifically requested.
- Delivery of data may take up to 7–10 working days depending on the request volume and verification.
8.2 Data Deletion
If the vendor requests complete deletion of their data:
- Once the data handover is completed, the vendor must confirm the deletion request in writing.
- EnrollX will permanently delete all vendor-related data from our database within 15 working days, except for data we are legally required to retain (e.g., invoice history, financial records).
- A confirmation email will be sent once deletion is completed.
Important Notes:
- Data requests must be made from the registered vendor email ID.
- Requests without proper verification will not be processed.
- EnrollX may retain anonymized system logs for security and auditing purposes.
9. Children’s Privacy
EnrollX is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
